Britney Spears’ ex-husband Sam Asghari is reportedly thinking about telling his side of the story about their brief marriage but an NDA he signed when they split is said to be holding him back.
According to sources who spoke with RadarOnline, Asghari has gotten several big offers to share details about his time with Spears. However, because of the nondisclosure agreement, he’s been very careful so far about what he says.
An insider claimed the NDA was part of their separation terms and is the main reason he hasn’t spoken out. Still, the source said Asghari is frustrated by being labeled a “gold digger,” insisting he was devoted to making the marriage work and did everything he could.
While he’s kept quiet for now, the insider added that if the right deal comes along, Asghari might be willing to break the NDA, even if it means paying a penalty.
His patience may also be wearing thin because Spears has recently been critical of her exes online. Just last month, she called them “cruel humans” in a social media rant. This came after Asghari described their relationship as generally positive but admitted it forced him to work harder to prove himself in his career.
Spears and Asghari dated for about five years before marrying in 2022, but they divorced just two years later. Now, it remains to be seen if Asghari will continue to stay silent or finally decide to speak out, despite the legal risks.
