As per RadarOnline‘s exclusive report, the insider noted that the Princess of Pop has severed ties with her mom after sparking reconciliation rumors last year. For the matriarch’s 69th birthday, Britney posted a tribute to her mom, sharing a photo of Lynne with sister Jamie Lynn’s daughters.
However, the report claimed that Britney skipped her mother’s 70th birthday celebrations over past issues. The source expressed that Lynne tried to downplay the fact that her daughter wasn’t present to kick off her milestone year.
However, she was reportedly heartbroken over mended tensions making their way back again. The insider continued, “Lynne was so hopeful that things were finally getting better, but Britney has suddenly raised the shields again over some imagined slight.”
According to the source, Britney is upset that her mom and sister didn’t help her leave her 13-year conservatorship. The guardianship, supervised by her dad, Jamie Spears, ended in 2021.
