Pop icon Britney Spears recently appeared in a newly released police body cam video, obtained by ET. In the recording, police reported the pop icon ‘didn’t take her meds’ and had an ‘outburst’ as she reportedly tried to light a cigarette on a public charter flight, traveling from Cabo San Lucas, Mexico, to LA in May.
Britney appeared to deplane and head through US Customs and Border Protection’s LAX facility without incident. She wasn’t cited, and the incident is closed.
Recently, she also, sparked rumors about adopting a baby. Despite the Grammy winner referencing “a beautiful baby girl” named Lennon London Spears in her July 13th Instagram, Britney was being cheeky in her post and she has not adopted a daughter.
It looks as though the caption was intended as a harmless joke. After all, the “Toxic” singer—mom to Sean Federline, and Jayden Federline, with ex-husband Kevin Federline—did include three winking emojis after her adoption “announcement.” Continuing with her bit, Britney then wrote, “Lennon today has on adorable dress !!! It says I’m NEW HERE !!!” alongside laughing faces.
Another seeming jest? Her announcement that she was planning to move to Italy—a statement also paired with winking emojis.
Otherwise, Britney’s caption also included insight into the accompanying video, which saw the 43-year-old dancing in a pink bathing suit, a black brimmed hat and matching knee-high boots.
“I haven’t worked out in years so I put this little pink one piece on and PLAYED,” she wrote. “This is 30 seconds of my random silly workout !!”
