A man identified as John Doe is accusing Diddy of serious sexual assault, and is also claiming that Biggie’s son, CJ Wallace, acted as a sort of henchman during another alleged assault.
In a lawsuit filed over the July 4th holiday, John Doe says CJ was part of a group that lured him in 2020 to a Revolt TV location using a vehicle from Diddy’s company. Once there, he says he was ambushed and taken to another room where Diddy was waiting. John Doe claims that while others held his head, Diddy tried to force his penis into his mouth, yelling that his days working for Bad Boy were over because of earlier disagreements. He also believes people from Diddy’s team took photos to use as blackmail.
When he finally got back to where the car was parked, John Doe says CJ, entrepreneur Willie Mack, and others were there to drive him home. He described it as a humiliating and traumatic ride back.
The lawsuit also claims this followed other disturbing incidents, including a few days earlier when Diddy allegedly threw a semen-stained Notorious B.I.G. shirt on him, and another meeting where Diddy suddenly said he was going to “f*** the s**t outta him” and grabbed his genitals.
John Doe says CJ, Mack, and the others had promised new business deals to smooth over problems with Diddy, but it turned out to be a trick that led to his assault. He is now suing CJ and the other people involved.
Diddy’s legal team responded to TMZ, saying his recent acquittal on trafficking and RICO charges shows he never sexually assaulted or trafficked anyone. They called the new accusations false and said Diddy will keep fighting until he fully clears his name.
