A man named Joseph Manzaro is suing Diddy for human trafficking, claiming he was sexually assaulted and humiliated at a party in Miami in April 2015. Manzaro says Diddy forced him to wear a mask with a p**is strapped to his face at a birthday party for King Combs, Diddy’s son. He also claims that Jay-Z, Beyoncé, LeBron James, and Gloria Estefan saw him in a drugged and humiliated state.
In the lawsuit, Manzaro says he was drugged and taken to Star Island for the party, where he was first taken to Emilio and Gloria Estefan’s property. He claims Gloria saw his condition and asked for an ambulance. Manzaro says Emilio silenced her, and later, he saw LeBron James in a bath towel who told others to “do something” about his situation.
According to Manzaro, a former porn star named Adria English then took him through a secret tunnel to Diddy’s mansion, where he came across Beyoncé and Jay-Z. He says Beyoncé was shocked by his appearance and asked about it. Manzaro claims that Diddy’s staff told Beyoncé that the humiliation was part of punishing him.
Manzaro says he was then forced to march through rooms filled with people who mocked him. He alleges that Diddy ordered him to be stripped, dressed in a thong, and made to wear a mask with a rubber dam locked over his head. Manzaro claims Diddy and others subjected him to degrading acts.
Manzaro later says he ran into celebrity jeweler Jacob Arabo, who appeared disturbed by his appearance and asked why he was wearing the mask. He claims that Emilio Estefan intervened again, moving him out of Jacob’s sight, and Gloria Estefan again asked for help, but Emilio stopped her.
It’s important to note that Jay-Z, Beyoncé, LeBron James, Gloria Estefan, and Jacob Arabo are not being sued in the case.
While it’s true that Diddy threw a party for his son in April 2015, the event described by Manzaro doesn’t match the accusations in a federal indictment, which mention “freak-offs” involving Diddy and other people.
A quick check reveals that Jay-Z was in New York City on April 1, 2015, for a speaking engagement, making it unlikely that he was in Florida for the event as Manzaro claims.
