Beyoncé’s unreleased music has been stolen from a Jeep in Atlanta, and the police are currently investigating the incident via TMZ.
According to the Atlanta Police Department, on July 8th, officers were dispatched to Krog Street Market after receiving a report of a theft from a motor vehicle. Upon arrival, they spoke with two individuals—Beyoncé’s choreographer, Christopher Grant, and dancer, Diandre Blue—who explained that they had parked their black Jeep Wagoneer rental in the parking deck and went to the market for about an hour. When they returned, they discovered that the trunk window had been damaged and two suitcases were missing.
Police reports indicated that Christopher informed them that the missing suitcases contained hard drives with Beyoncé’s unreleased music, set lists, and footage plans for her “Cowboy Carter” tour.
APD has stated that they started tracking computers and AirPods in the luggage … and they found two sets of fingerprints on the rental vehicle.
Police also noted there are cameras in the area that recorded the incident … and they’ve issued an arrest warrant for a suspect.
Beyoncé is still in Atlanta, where she has a show tonight at Mercedes-Benz Stadium, so it seems the alleged theft hasn’t disrupted her tour.
