Justin Timberlake Posts Bieber Throwback After Coachella
Justin Timberlake has shared a throwback video featuring Justin Bieber after the Canadian pop star referenced him during a Coachella 2026 performance. Timberlake, 45, posted the clip on Instagram on Monday, revisiting an early-career moment with Bieber and drawing fresh attention to their long-standing connection.
The video shows Timberlake speaking with a much younger Bieber before they pose for a photo, and Page Six reported that Timberlake also shared a separate snippet of Bieber performing Timberlake’s 2002 track “Cry Me a River” on stage at the festival’s second weekend.
In the same post, Timberlake wrote: “I know this has been a long road. And I know it’s not always a smooth ride. I’m proud of you – and you should be proud of you too. Sending love @lilbieber!” Bieber’s Coachella remarks included him telling the crowd he grew up listening to Timberlake and that he remembered recording a cover of the song “like it was yesterday”, according to the report.
The Instagram exchange comes during a period of renewed public interest in Timberlake’s personal life and career, after previous Britpop News reporting on how he was said to be focused on healing amid a diagnosis.
Bieber’s Coachella set also included other on-stage moments, with reports noting guest appearances and crowd reactions during the weekend two performance. Timberlake has not announced any related collaboration, but his post underscored a supportive tone as the clips circulated across social media.
