Sarah Ferguson ‘Not Seen’ Since December 2025
A new report has claimed Sarah Ferguson has not been seen in public since December 2025, with her whereabouts described as “unknown” as scrutiny continues around her former husband Prince Andrew and the wider Royal Family. The claims centre on what happens next for the Duchess of York after a turbulent period of headlines linked to Jeffrey Epstein and the Duke of York’s status.
Marie Claire reported that People said Sarah Ferguson’s location is a “mystery” and that she had planned to spend time overseas while considering her next moves, after not being photographed publicly since late 2025.
The report also said she was alleged to have travelled to Switzerland and checked into a luxury wellness clinic as the story developed, while separate claims suggested she spent time at Ballyliffin Lodge and Spa in Donegal, Ireland. It added that questions remain about where she will live when she returns to the UK.
Attention has also focused on measures around Prince Andrew’s living arrangements, and ongoing scrutiny has extended to other recent developments involving the Duke, including fresh reporting on Prince Andrew developments and the pressure on the Royal Family as the fallout continues.
Marie Claire said the Royal Family has been accused of “shielding” Prince Andrew from public view, citing reporting about security gates and barriers at a property being prepared for him. Buckingham Palace has not publicly commented on the claims about Ferguson’s current location.
