Report claims Meghan Markle encouraged Brooklyn Beckham to consider Oprah sit-down amid family row
Meghan Markle has been linked to fresh claims involving Brooklyn Beckham after a report suggested she reached out to offer guidance following an alleged public fallout within the Beckham family. The story, which centres on advice about how to respond to controversy, has prompted renewed attention on the couple’s handling of intense media scrutiny.
Express reported that the Duchess of Sussex had encouraged Brooklyn, 26, to consider telling his side of events through a sit-down interview with Ms Oprah Winfrey rather than continuing on social media, after he posted what was described as a lengthy Instagram statement about his parents David and Victoria Beckham.
The report attributed the claims to unnamed sources who said Meghan identified parallels between the backlash directed at Brooklyn and the criticism she and Prince Harry faced during their time as working royals. It also said she advised him to prioritise his mental health and to take time before making any decision, including the possibility of meeting Ms Winfrey first in a private setting.
Meghan has previously remained a major focus of celebrity coverage, including reaction pieces such as comments from Meghan Markle’s co-stars following her comeback, as her public profile continues to attract scrutiny beyond royal reporting.
Neither Meghan nor Brooklyn has publicly addressed the report’s claims. The Express piece said the Beckhams have continued with public engagements in recent days while the speculation around the family remains in the spotlight.
