Rebecca Loos Claims Brooklyn Beckham Feud Statement ‘Validated’ Her David Beckham Affair Allegations
Ms Rebecca Loos has said Brooklyn Beckham’s recent statement about a rift within the Beckham family felt like “validation” for her long-standing claims that she had an affair with David Beckham more than two decades ago, as she appears in an upcoming Channel 5 documentary.
In a teaser for Channel 5’s “The Beckham Feud: Truth and Lies”, Fox News reported that Ms Loos said Brooklyn’s remarks about “Brand Beckham” and what she described as “inauthentic relationships” amounted to confirmation of the priorities she believes sit behind the family’s public image.
According to the report, Ms Loos alleged her relationship with Mr Beckham lasted around four months and dated back to 2004, when she had worked as his assistant in Madrid the previous year. The Fox News piece said Mr Beckham denied the allegations at the time, stating he was “very happily married”, and noted that the infidelity rumours resurfaced in the 2023 Netflix documentary “Beckham”, in which both he and Victoria Beckham discussed the strain caused by that period.
The documentary teaser arrives amid ongoing public scrutiny of the Beckhams, following Brooklyn’s six-page Instagram statement about the family rift and his claim that “Brand Beckham comes first”. Previous coverage has highlighted how Victoria Beckham has addressed the period in question, including her comments on the marriage pressures surrounding the rumours.
Channel 5 is due to broadcast “The Beckham Feud: Truth and Lies” on Sunday, February 1, with the programme expected to revisit the allegations and examine the current tensions around the family’s public image.
