Sean “Diddy” Combs has been hanging with a former professional athlete in prison via Yahoo.
The former rap star is currently imprisoned at FCI Fort Dix in New Jersey. The former music mogul was arrested in September 2024. He was ultimately found guilty of transportation to engage in p**stitution. Diddy was then sentenced to serve four years and two months behind bars, after being found guilty on two counts.
Diddy was ordered to pay a $500,000 fine and to participate in programs addressing mental health and substance abuse issues. He was previously held at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn, NY, before being transferred to a prison in New Jersey following his sentencing. Reports indicate that Diddy seems to be doing well in prison.
Former NBA star Sebastian Telfair, the No. 13 overall pick in the 2004 NBA Draft, pleaded guilty to charges of fraud on March 16, 2023. He was ultimately sentenced to six months in prison in August.
As per TMZ Sports, Diddy has been hanging with Telfair in prison.
“Diddy and Bassy are the most famous inmates doing time at FCI Fort Dix in New Jersey … and they hung out Saturday in the prison yard … and we have photos from their chat,” the outlet reported.
“We showed you pics of the Bad Boy Records founder laughing and chatting with a bunch of convicts … and Sebastian’s publicist tells us that’s him talking to Diddy in a couple of the photos.
“Diddy’s obviously a huge figure in NYC and Bassy is something of a Big Apple basketball legend himself.”
