Selena Gomez married songwriter and producer Benny Blanco on September 27, 2025, in an intimate garden ceremony in Santa Barbara, California. Gomez’s cousin commented on Justin Bieber’s latest post, asking people to stop bringing up Selena’s past relationships, saying she is finally at peace and deserves to live her life without old drama resurfacing.
@miss_duarte She’s finally in a place where peace matters more than the past. I just
hope people stop dragging her name and let her live her life.
Gomez wore a custom floral halter-neck wedding gown by Ralph Lauren, while Blanco wore a black Ralph Lauren tuxedo. Their stylist Erin Walsh helped create the look, and photographer Petra Collins captured the day, including a video of Gomez sitting on the grass with a bouquet of flowers.
According to Vogue, about 170 guests attended the wedding at Sea Crest Nursery. The rehearsal dinner took place the night before at a mansion in the private Hope Ranch community. Guests included Taylor Swift, Martin Short, Steve Martin, Paris Hilton, Ed Sheeran, Ashley Park, and Paul Rudd. Blanco shared his own photos the next day, calling Gomez “a real life Disney princess.”
The couple announced their engagement in December 2024, when Gomez shared a photo of her marquise diamond ring, a cut she had once mentioned in her 2015 song “Good for You.” Their history goes back to Gomez’s teenage years, Blanco first met her when she was 16, introduced through her mother before she signed her record deal. They didn’t collaborate until years later, working together on her 2015 album Revival, where Blanco co-produced singles like “Kill Em with Kindness” and “Same Old Love.” They teamed up again in 2019 for “I Can’t Get Enough.”
