Britney Spears walked away appearing perfectly fine after her chaotic flight back to Los Angeles from Mexico, even though a Customs officer said she was acting more erratically than usual.

TMZ got hold of body cam footage from the end of the incident in May, when Britney reportedly tried to light up a cigarette on the plane. Once the flight landed at LAX, an airport cop pulled up and spoke with a U.S. Customs and Border Protection officer who had met the plane.
Over the audio, the Customs officer is heard saying Britney was on the flight and noting, “We get her all the time. Today she obviously didn’t take her meds. She’s being very compliant; she’s very nice, so to me right now, it’s all good.” Moments later, Britney is seen walking on the tarmac, waving and looking put together not disheveled like in some earlier photos.
The cop also brought up an “outburst” that happened on the plane. Multiple sources had previously told TMZ that Britney was drinking during the flight before she tried to smoke. Flight attendants reportedly told her to put out the cigarette, which she did, though she was described as “difficult.”
Once on the ground, Britney apparently got a stern talk from authorities, though that must’ve happened before this officer arrived, since she just walked by without needing to stop. Photos from inside the plane showed Britney looking upset and messy, with sunscreen caked on her arm, engaged in what looked like a heated exchange with a flight attendant.
Later, Britney said she didn’t think she was doing anything wrong trying to smoke on the flight, claiming someone told her she could. She also suggested the flight attendants didn’t like her from the start.
