Kid Cudi spoke in court during Diddy’s sex trafficking trial and shared a serious story from 2012. He said someone threw a Molotov cocktail a homemade fire bomb, into his Porsche, and he believes Diddy was behind it, even though there’s no clear proof.
Photos of the car were shown in court, and they matched Cudi’s story. The pictures showed the car badly burned. The roof had a big hole, which Cudi said was cut so the fire bomb could be dropped inside. The inside of the car, which had red seats, was badly damaged. The driver’s seat looked like it was burned badly, and the driver’s side door was black from the fire.
Cudi said he first found out about the fire when his dog sitter called him. A friend went to check and took photos of the burned car. Cudi said the car was completely destroyed and couldn’t be fixed.
He told the jury that he felt sure Diddy had something to do with it. He said he even asked Diddy directly, but Diddy denied it. Still, Cudi said he didn’t believe him.
Diddy’s lawyers asked Cudi tough questions and pointed out that there’s no real proof, no fingerprints, no witnesses, no video, and no one connected to Diddy was seen near the car. But Cudi said he still believed Diddy was behind it.
This story is just one part of the bigger case against Diddy, where he’s facing serious accusations including abuse and trafficking. Even though this car fire isn’t one of the main charges, it adds to the picture of Diddy possibly using threats and fear to control people.
