Reports suggest that Sean “Diddy” Combs called Kanye West from jail and had a lot to say about unnamed parties “trying to end” them via US Magazine.
“You be careful out there, because they definitely trying to end us, you feel me?” Diddy, 55, told West, 47, in an alleged phone call shared by The Shade Room on Monday, March 17th.
“They can’t do it. They can’t do it and they ain’t gonna do it. I’m gonna beat this s— and get next to you. We gon’ raise our families and become the kings that we supposed to be.”
Diddy also told West to “have some f—ing fun” and keep making music. “Chop up them samples, get back on your hit man vibe,” he told the “Power” rapper. “Have some fun, get back to smiling. F— these other motherf—ers. They are wasting your time, B.”
West has been open about his support for Diddy in the past several weeks, most recently dropping a new song with the disgraced mogul. The track, titled “Lonely Roads Still Go to Sunshine,” also features West’s eldest child, daughter North. (The “Gold Digger” artist shares North and Saint, 9, Chicago, 7, and Psalm, 5, with ex-wife Kim Kardashian.)
Following the announcement of the song, West claimed that Kardashian, told him North couldn’t be featured on the track because her name is trademarked.
“I asked you at the time if I can trademark her name. You said yes. When she’s 18, it goes to her. So stop,” Kardashian reportedly said, according to since-deleted screenshots of text messages shared by West. “I sent paperwork over so she wouldn’t be in the Diddy song to protect her.”
Last month, West tweeted “FREE PUFF” and launched a new collaboration between his Yeezy fashion brand and Diddy’s Sean John clothing line.
