Liam Gallagher is fully against Coachella and the battle has begun.
In a recent tweet to a fan, Liam was asked to show Frank Ocean how it’s done.
Now, Frank Ocean is no rookie to Coachella as some will have you believe. Ocean’s 2017 performance was highly anticipated by fans, as it marked his first major live show in several years. He performed a mix of old and new material, including songs from his highly acclaimed 2016 album “Blonde.” The performance was notable for its stripped-down, minimalist approach, with Ocean performing against a simple backdrop with minimal lighting and stage effects.
Both of Ocean’s Coachella performances were praised for their emotional depth, artistic vision, and powerful vocals. His music has a deeply introspective and personal quality that has resonated with fans around the world, and his performances at Coachella helped to cement his reputation as one of the most talented and innovative musicians of his generation.
The issue is when we fast forward to the recent events at Coachella that saw Ocean leave his fans in the dust. It was said that fans waited for ten hours to see Frank live, but they were met not only with him being an hour late, but only performing about half of his set and getting rid of a lot of visuals last second, which left many fans to call for his cancelation as they claimed that he didn’t care about any of his fans or the money that they spent to see him.
As reported by Radio X, Liam, while not always being the most kind to his fans on Twitter, certainly wouldn’t do this, at least if you go by his word that he would never play the “pathetic festival” to start with. However, a fan of Liam’s did reveal that, while Liam may never play the show in the future; he has done it in the past.
We’ll chalk this off to Mr. Gallagher’s selective memory and let him live how he wishes to live in the world that only the rasta can create.
Go headline coachella for frank ocean and show him how it's done LG
