Blur Release New Line Of Official Merchandise

If you’re still in search for a last-minute Christmas present, or, if you’re looking to squirrel something away for the next holiday or birthday, Blur have announced the availability of new licensed merchandise which would interest the Blur fanatic on your list. The new merchandise on the band’s official website includes a fine tea set and an officially-branded flat cap.


The Britannia tea set is made of fine bone china, and it includes one tea pot and two tea cups with matching saucers. The pieces feature both the band’s logo and their Britannia graphic which was used on their 2012 live album, Parklive. The set is packaged in a collectible, branded gift box. Blur make their mark on a British institution with the introduction of their flat cap. The cap is a wool-blend, fully-lined herringbone emblazoned with a blue embroidered Blur logo on its back. The head wear is described as being an ‘excellent five point fully-lined flat cap.’ This is a fashionable yet practical way to declare your musical preference. The band are selling their new merchandise alongside more traditional items such as clothing, cds and vinyl, and tote bags via their website.
